Mrs. Lemacks was born Friday, April 23, 1926 in Charleston the daughter of Edward Forrest and Elizabeth Smart Butler. Surviving are six children, Patricia McKee, Wesley Lemacks, Carolyn Hefner, Deloris Hiott, Donna Pentland and Randy Lemacks, ten granchildren and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements by JAMES A.
