Kenyon Hyer, residence, Charleston, S.C. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services, Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at 10:30 o'clock, at the Church of The Holy Communion. Interment, Riverview Memorial Park. Friends may call at Stuhr's Downtown Chapel, Monday between 5 and 7 p.m. Mrs. Hyer was born January 20, 1917, the daughter of John W. Johnson and Juanita Beaty Johnson. She was a member of the Church of The Holy Communion and a member of St. Catherines Altar Guild. She was a graduate of Memminger High School She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Rebecca C. Hyer of Summerville, S.C.; four grandchildren, Ashley Hyer Miller, Mimi Hyer Butler, Tripp Ewers and Lindsay Ewers, one great-grandchild, Brooke M. Miller; one sister, Margaret J. Follingstad of Gainesville, Ga. Memorials may be made to the Church of The Holy Communion, 218 Ashley Ave., Charleston, S.C. 29403.
