LaVaughn Young, Ph.D., officiating. Mrs. Coulter died Tuesday, July 3, 2001, in Charleston, S.C. She was born January 28, 1956, in San Diego, Calif., to Buddy Coulter and Charlotte Lowber. She was an intermodel transportation dispatcher and attended Life Christian Assembly. Survivors include three daughters: Heather Birdwell of Huntsville, Ala., Leslie Brunt of Ladson, S.C., and Andra Giles of Mt. Pleasant; two step-sons: Jason Hartzell and Josh Hartzell, both of West Ashley, S.C.; her mother of Priceville; two brothers: Tommy Coulter of Olive Branch, Miss., and Brad Lowber of Madison, Ala.; grandmother, Mavine Roberts of Madison, Ala.; and three grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, P.O. Box 2745, Decatur, Ala. 35602, or a favorite charity.
