Gayhart, died Friday morning at her residence.Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday afternoon, in the ST. STEPHEN CHAPEL OF DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME. Burial will be private. Friends may call at the chapel from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday, July 8, 2001.Mrs. Gayhart was born October 8, 1937, in Waynesboro, Va., a daughter of Roy Rexrode and Anne Simmons. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Brotherhood Church. Surviving are, her husband; her father of Staunton, Va.; two daughters, Audrey Gayhart of Statesville, N.C., and Tina Mullis of St. Stephen; one son, Danford Gayhart of Staunton, Va.; two sisters, Doris Rowe and Mae McCray, both of Staunton, Va.; three brothers, Robert Rexrode, Leeroy Rexrode, and Ralph Rexrode, all of Staunton, Va., eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
