Freeman, widow of Harry Lester Freeman, died Monday morning in the Allendale County Hospital. She was 84. Mrs. Freeman was born in Jasper County, September 7, 1916, a daughter of the late William M. and Sarah Ethel Smith. She was a homemaker. Survivors include, one son, William L. Freeman, of Fairfax; two daughters, Donna Mock, of Fairfax, and Sandra Ward, of Sycamore. There are six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held graveside, Wednesday morning, at 11 a.m., in the Grimes Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
