Mary Craig Doe 
Mary Craig Doe, 67, of New Ellenton, wife of Evan Doe, died Thursday, 
July 12, 2001 in Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. Mrs. Doe 
is the mother of Willie McDuffie of Gray's Hill. Cheatham Funeral Home 
Inc., of New Ellenton, is in charge of arrangements.

Mary Hall Craig Doe
AIKEN - Mary Hall Craig Doe, 67, of Aiken, died Thursday, July 12, 
2001, in the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. The family will 
receive friends from 3 to 8 today at the residence or the Cheatham 
Funeral Home, New Ellenton, or at the church Tuesday from noon until 
the beginning of the service. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday 
at St. Mary Baptist Church, Barnwell, with burial in the church 
cemetery. Mrs. Doe, a Beaufort native, was a laundry attendant and a 
member of Thankful Baptist Church, Martin. Survivors include her 
husband, Evan Doe of Aiken; a son, Willie McDuffie of Beaufort; two 
daughters, Barbara Johnson of Aiken and Barbara J. Lawrence of New 
Ellenton; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
