Burial will be in Ackerman Cemetery on Red Oak Road in Cottageville, S.C. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening between 6 and 8 p.m. Mrs. Cox was born Tuesday, January 22, 1935, in Cottageville High School. Mrs. Cox was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Wanda Faye C. Thomas and her husband Mike Thomas of Moncks Corner; two sisters, Jewel H. Gianelli of Mt. Pleasant and Annie Rachel H. Crosby of Cottageville and three brothers, O'Neal Hoff and Billy Hoff, both of John's Island, and Randy Hoff of Alabama.
