BLACKVILLE - Shirley Connelly Collins, 66, of 1612 Jones Bridge Road, 
died Friday at Barnwell County Hospital. Funeral services will be held
at 3 p.m., Sunday, at the Chapel of the Brice W. Herndon and Sons 
Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lodge United Methodist Church 
Cemetery.Ms. Collins was born in Colleton County, a daughter of the 
late Mack Eli Connelly, Sr., and Jennie Bertha Mears Connelly. She was 
a member of the Community Baptist Church.Surviving are two aunts, Irma 
Mears of Andrews and Vera Mears of Blackville. She was preceded in 
death by a brother, Mack E. Connelly, Jr.The family will receive 
friends, Sunday, at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until the service 
hour.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lodge United 
Methodist Church, c/o 61 High Cotton Road, Lodge, S.C. 29082.
