Graveside funeral services will be held at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery, Wednesday morning, July 18, 2001, at 10 o'clock. Friends may call at Parks Funeral Home, Summerville, S.C., this Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 o'clock. Mr. Clark was born on November 29, 1925, in Berkeley County, S.C., a son of the late Manson Clark and Flossie Grooms Clark. He was a retired foreman for Frisch and Associates Construction for 22 years as well as a farmer and former merchant. He was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church of Johns Island and was the widower of Ethel Graves Clark. Survivors include his five daughters, Peggy Wiggins of Columbia, Patsy Sutler of Mount Pleasant, Helen Blackburn of Moncks Corner, Barbara Maroney of Batesburg and Brenda "Gail" Clark of Edgefield; brother, Ernest Clark of Johns Island; three sisters, Lillie Read of Johns Island, Rosilee Smith of Florida and Jenny Gaylord of Harleyville; 18 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
