Interment, Brunson Cemetery, Brunson, S.C., at 3 o'clock. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, Friday evening from 6 until 8 o'clock. Mr. Adams was born in Charleston, S.C., the son of William L. Adams and Blanche Martin Adams. He was self-employed contract agent and manager of Greyhound and Southeastern Stages bus stations in Charleston, S.C., and Augusta, Ga. He also was the founder of Commercial Delivery Company in Charleston, S.C. He was a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church, where he was a former vestry member and served as a Jr. and Sr. warden. He was a graduate of Rivers High School and Palmer Business College in Charleston, S.C. Surviving are his wife, Christie Floyd Adams of Charleston, S.C.; two daughters, Amy C. Adams and Marion E. "Mandy" Adams, both of Charleston, S.C., and one brother, Marty Adams of Charleston, S.C. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peters Episcopal Church, 1393 Miles Drive, Charleston, S.C. 29407.
