The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services, Friday, June 29, 2001, at 10:30 o'clock at the graveside in Carolina Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, Thursday evening between 5 and 7 o'clock. Mrs. Adams was born September 26, 1910, in Grover, S.C., the daughter of John Richard Bell and Fannie Spell Bell. She was a member of Ashley River Baptist Church and the Fleet Reserve Association #50. She is survived by a son, James F. Adams; a daughter, Patricia A. Adams, both of Charleston, S.C.; one sister, Gennie Mae Lee of Austin, Texas; one grandchild, William Edgar Byrd, Jr., of Charleston, S.C. A daughter, Barbara A.
