Mrs. Heimroth was born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, the daughter of Clinton Cary and Ruth Griffin Cary. She was a member of The First Church of Old Deerfield, Old Deerfield, Massachusetts. She is survived by a daughter; Carol Ferguson of South Hampton, New York; a son, James Waterhouse of Lake Forest, California; one sister; Anne C. Bauerdorf of New Hampshire; one step-daughter; Barbara Heimroth Baldwin of New Jersey; two step-sons; Ray Heimroth of Hawaii and Glenn Heimroth of New Jersey; two grandchildren; Stephanie Waterhouse and Caryn Waterhouse, both of Lake Forest, California.
