Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 4, at Great Salkehatchie Cemetery in Ulmers, SC. Directed by THE BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME.Mr. Rhoads was born in Union Deposit, PA; and was a son of Charles Ross Rhoads and Lillie Runkle Rhoads. He was a retired Postal Carrier with the United States Postal Service in Walterboro. He was a United States Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church and was married to the late Iva Wilkinson Rhoads. Surviving are: Two sisters, Florence Patrick of Hershey, PA., and Marian Stough of Harrisburg, PA.
