Mrs. Hinnant was born September 8, 1903, in Summerville, S.C., the daughter of John Bruce Limehouse and Stella Geneva Wolff Limehouse. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, Charleston Area Rotary Anns, the Women's Auxiliary of South Carolina Pharmaceutical Association and the Charleston Garden Club. She was also a nationally accredited Flower Show Judge. She is survived by her son, Dr. Whaley R. Hinnant, Jr., of Charleston, S.C.; two grandchildren , Lynn Hinnant Richmond of Mount Pleasant, S.C., and Whaley Rivers Hinnant, III, of Charleston, S.C.
