CARVER, died Friday, May 4, 1979, at Oconee Memorial Hospital after two months illness. Born in Rabun County, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Leander and Sara RAMEY. She had lived all her adult life in Westminster and attended Calvary Church of God. Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Minnie RAMEY and Mrs. Beulah RAMEY of Westminster, Mrs. Drucilla METCALF of Mountain Rest; sister, Mrs. Bessie WILBANKS of Anderson; grandson, raised in home, Hugh CARVER of Cleveland Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Services at 3 pm Sunday at Calvary Church of God by the Revs. Haskell LEE and Junior OWENS. Burial is at the church cemetery. The body is at Sandifer Funeral home. The family is at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Beulah RAMEY, Long Creek Road.
