Leonard Lee, died at 2 a. m. Saturday after an illness of 10 days. Lifelong resident of Oconee county, daughter of the late John W. and Lou White Abbott, she was a member of Zion Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, John Rae Lee of Sumter; five daughters, Mrs. Robert (Laura) Dilworth of Walhalla, Miss Lila Lee and Miss Jean Lee of the home, Mrs. J. W. (Bessie) Ray, Mrs. John J. (Ruth) Brandt of Walhalla; a brother, L. D. Abbott of Seneca; three sisters, Mrs. J. S. Colley and Mrs. Charles Davis of Walhalla and Mrs. Heber (sic) Whitten of Spartanburg; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at Davenport Funeral Home by Rev. Warren T. Green. Burial was in Neville cemetery. Pallbearers were Paul and Walter Brandt, Charles and Robert Dilworth, Jr. and John and James Lee.
