Monday in St. John's Catholic Church, in Atlanta. Mr. Harkins, a watchmaker, died Friday in a private hospital. He was a native of the Picket Post community of Oconee county. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Doris Fossett: his mother, Mrs. H. M. Harkins, Pine Lake: three sisters, Mrs. L. H. Bryant, Mableton, Mrs. Lee McNair, East Point, and Mrs. Geneva Garrison, Miami, Fla. Also surviving are two brothers, James E. Harkins, Pine Lake, and John A.
