Albertson, 44, died at the home early Saturday morning after an illness of six months. He was born in Jocassee, the son of William Albertson and the late Mrs. Evelyn Crow Albertson. He was married to Miss Edna Ingram in 1912. He was a member of Fant's Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna Ingram Albertson; four daughters: Mrs. Willie Chitwood, Mrs. Leland Sanders, Misses Ruby and Helen Albertson; 5 sons, J. H., Broadus, Walter, Dennis and Harold Albertson; 4 brothers, Henry, Ferber, Julius and Joe Albertson, and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held from Hopewell Baptist Church Sunday afternoon conducted by Rev. Preston Garrett. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. Nephews served as pallbearers and nieces as flower girls.
