Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dora Bell Phillips Albertson; two daughters, Mrs. Howard Thompson of Piedmont and Mrs. George Patten of the Ebenezer community; three sons, Jay C. Albertson of Pisgah Forest, NC, J. Grady Albertson of Walhalla and Robert H. Albertson of Walhalla; 14 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Amanda Alexander of Walhalla and Mrs. Fannine Frame of Highlands, NC; one brother, Jack Albertson of Walhalla, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Sunday morning at Rocky Knoll Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Paul Hayes. Interment was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were Joe, Henry, and Sam Albertson, Christopher Roach, Mart Harden and John Sloan.
