Services were conducted by the Rev. A. E. Carpenter of the Central Baptist church, and interment folowed in the Magnolia cemetery. Mr. Guinn is survived by his widow, Mrs. Adele Pasch Guinn; four sisters, Mrs. J. C. Rochester of Atlanta, Mrs. A. W. Murphy of Griffin, Ga., Mrs. W. T. Collins and Miss Ella Guin of Walhalla; two brothers, Otto Guinn of Walhalla and Davis Guinn of East Point, Ga.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
