Surviving are her husband, J. T. Burns (this should be T.C. Burns); three daughters, Mrs. Mary Nix, Mrs. Bessie Nix, of Seneca, and Miss Vera Burns of Townville; four sons, Wayne, Columbus and Joseph Burns, of Seneca, and Dewey Burns, of Townville. Funeral services were held from the Cross Roads Baptist Church, of which Mrs. Burns was a member. (Mrs. Emma Burns died on November 22, 1932.) Contributed by Mary L.
