Mrs. Carroll served as a guide at Winterthur Museum and more recently as a docent at the Rehoboth Art League. She also was an active member of the Henlopen Acres Beach Club. She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher T., on July 12, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Carroll of Middleburg, Va.; her children, Margaret Carroll Eldridge of San Diego, Calif., Cornelius X. Carroll of St. Simons Island, Ga., Michael M. Carroll of Glen View, Ill.; Joann Carroll Linden of Reston, Va.; Thomas J. Carroll Jr. of Middleburg, Va.; and Moira M. Carroll of Chicago; and seven grandchildren. Memorial services were held at St. Edmond's Catholic Church, Rehoboth Beach. McNatt Jr., 75, of Milford, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2003, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital, Milford. Mr. McNatt was employed for 38 years as a truck driver with Burris Trucking before retiring there. His longtime experience and knowledge of the industry brought him back to work as a driver and dispatcher for TRP Trucking in Wye Mills, Md., then to Blue Hen Lines in Milford as a dispatcher and finally to the traffic department of Parker Express in Newark. He enjoyed baseball, basketball, golf and bowling. Mr. McNatt was past president and vice president of the Milford Little League and was involved with the church baseball league in Milford. He was also an organizer of the National Guard Basketball League and a member of Shawnee Country Club and First Presbyterian Church, both in Milford. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Doris M. McNatt; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary W. and Betsy McNatt of Columbia, Tenn., and Eugene B. and Carolyn McNatt of Milton; five grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth McNatt, Jaime McNatt, Michael Cohan, Christopher Cohan and Benjamin Rosson; and a nephew and his wife, Joseph Jr. and Linda Parker and their son, Joseph Parker III. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, in Rogers Funeral Home, Milford, with burial private. Contributions are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 172, Milford, DE 19963.
