Anderson, 87 SEAFORD - Caroline L. Anderson of Seaford died of natural causes Sunday, March 2, 2003, in Seaford. She was 87. Mrs. Anderson graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, after which she interned at Temple University Dental School in the departments of pedodontia and roentgenology. She also attended Drexel Institute in Philadelphia. She was employed for many years by the state board of health, for which she practiced and taught dental hygiene in the public-school systems in Kent and Sussex counties. She was licensed to practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Mrs. Anderson was a past member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene Association and the Delaware State Hygiene Association. She had been a member of the Seaford Golf and Country Club, where she was an avid golfer for more than 40 years before retiring in 1998. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joseph Anderson; a daughter, Jo Carol Johnson of Kansas City, Mo.; two granddaughters, both of Kansas City; and two great-granddaughters, both of Kansas City. Honoring the request of the deceased, burial will be private. He was 54. Mr. Bailey was born in Laurel, son of Virginia Bailey of Laurel. He was a lineman for Amtrak for several years. He was an avid football player and enjoyed fishing. Mr. Bailey was a member of the Delmarva Evangelistic Church, Salisbury, Md. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Carson. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his aunt, Mary Mills of Laurel; a nephew, Steven Carson Jr. of Laurel; and many cousins. He retired as manager of the Laurel Southern States. He was also a poultry grower. Mr. Boyce was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Laurel, and Laurel Odd Fellows Lodge 146. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Warren Boyce; three brothers, Harley, Walter and Robert Boyce; and two sisters, Elizabeth Cordrey and Catherine Pusey. (Seramone) Connor of Wilmington died Sunday, March 2, 2003, in Wilmington, surrounded by her family. She was 78. Mrs. Connor was born Nov. 26, 1924, in Wilmington, daughter of the late Sebastiano and Madelina (Cuomo) Seramone. She was a homemaker. Among her many interests, she was an avid golfer, enjoyed sewing and loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Connor was a member of the Elks Women's Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Joseph F. He was 60. Mr. Craft was born in Rupert, W.Va., son of the late Clarence Craft and Madeline Collison Craft. He had owned different businesses in Bridgeville for 36 years, retiring in June of 2002. Mrs. Emory was born Sept. 19, 1930 in Chester, Pa., daughter of the late William R. and Anna Dulin Walls. She was employed for several years as a senior secretary with the Milford School District, retiring in 1977. She found great pleasure in hosting a Christmas bazaar for many years in her home. She and other family members started months in advance sewing, stitching and painting homemade items for the event. She also enjoyed reading and spending winters in Clearwater, Fla. She was 80. Mrs. Hopps was born Dec. 8, 1922, in St. Augustine, Fla., daughter of the late Samuel and Nefalee Williams. She accepted Christ at an early age. Mrs. Hopps met and married Jack Hopps, who died in 1998. They raised seven children, then moved to Jamaica, N.Y. She retired from Goldwater Memorial Hospital in New York in 1984. Mrs. Hopps was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Jamaica, and transferred her Christian experience to Harvest Outreach Worship Center in Smyrna. She is survived by seven children; two nieces; a nephew; an uncle; an aunt; four daughters-in-law; a brother-in-law; two sons-in-law; 25 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, a great-great-niece and loved ones. She was 85. Mrs. Jacquette was born in Rock Hall, daughter of the late James Dowling and Hattie Blanche Cannan Dowling. She worked for 46 years as a seamstress for Rock Hall Manufacturing Co. She enjoyed traveling and spending time in her flower garden. She also enjoyed making dried floral arrangements. She was an avid Orioles fan and enjoyed going to Baltimore to wach them play. She love to play bingo. Mrs. Jacquette was a member of Wesley Chapel Church, Rock Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Gladys Mary Wilson, in 1966; a brother; and two sisters. Marsteller of Pensacola died Friday, Feb. 28, 2003, at the Re/Max national convention in Las Vegas, Nev. He was 50. Mrs. Marsteller was born April 24, 1952, in Wilmington, Del., son of Willard Paul and the late Helen (Kauffman) Marsteller. He was a 1970 graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. He owned Re/Max Bayview Realty in Perdido Key, Fla., and was a Re/Max broker/agent. He was general manager of Marsteller's Dairy Markets Inc. He spent many hours in the Keys fishing, golfing and scuba diving. He was a licensed pilot and had 828 skydives with Diamond State Skydivers. He also enjoyed growing vegetables. Mr. Marsteller was a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and Perdido Chamber of Commerce. He won several awards with Re/Max International for sales achievement. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Q. Marsteller of Pensacola, Fla.; a son, Brian J. Mr. Owens served 24 years to his country in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of World War II, Korean War and the Vietnam War. He retired at rank of technical sergeant in 1966 from Dover Air Force Base, where he was an aircraft mechanic. He was employed with Reichld Chemical Co. for 15 years and retired in 1982 at age 65. He was dear to his family and enjoyed the special times with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an avid fisherman and gardener. Mr. Owens was a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association and the Dover Modern Maturity Center. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Waltraud E. Wille Owens; three daughters and a son-in-law, Ruth A. and Elmer Thomas of Plain City, Ohio, Mary Lou Massengill and Heide M. She was 84. Mrs. Trader was born in Lanaconing, daughter of the late Mary McIntyre Scott and John Scott. She graduated from Central High School in Lanaconing, and received a bachelor of arts degree from the Western Maryland College in Westminster in 1940. Following graduation, and during World War II, she was a teacher in the Maryland high school system. Mrs. Trader was a lifelong member of Bethany United Methodist Church and a member of the Pocomoke River Garden Club in Pocomoke City. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Charles W. Trader; and a son, Charles W. Trader Jr. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Jean Hartnett of Rehoboth Beach, Del.; a son, John Scott Trader of Hagerstown; a brother, Allan A. Scott of Pittsburgh; three grandsons, J.
