He was 56. Mr. Campbell was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a manager for Footstar Corporation in Dover. Mr. Campbell enjoyed restoring autos. Mr. Campbell was a member of the Bowtie Crusiers Car Club. He was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Conover. He is survived by three daughters, Denni Campbell of Middletown, Lisa Lestardo of Bear and Kimberly Wolfe of Harrisburg, Pa.; four brothers and daughters-in-law, Larry and Dana Campbell of Middletown, Bill and Wanda Campbell of Clayton, Gary and Bonnie Campbell of Townsend, and Wayne and Brenda Campbell of Middletown; a sister, Linda Snyder of West Virginia; his companion for the past 10 years, Kathleen Burris; his beloved pit bull, "Dick"; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Farrelly, 57 LAUREL - Mark J. Farrelly of Laurel died Thursday, June 26, 2003. He was 57. Mr. Farrelly was a graduate of Laurel High School class of 1964, he earned his B.A. in industrial arts education at Millersville State College in 1968. He taught industrial arts at Seaford High School before returning to Laurel to help his father with the family business, Laurel Petroleum, of which he later became the owner and operator. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather and was loved by all that knew him and he will be missed greatly. He was a life-long Laurel resident and a prominent businessman who found no greater joy than serving his community. Mr. Farrelly was an active member and past president of the Laurel Lions Club, serving on numerous committees and taking an active role in the creation of Hope House. He was also a member of the Hope Lodge 4, a 32nd-degree Mason and a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. He was a licensed aircraft pilot for 32 years. He served as a mentor in the Laurel schools and he sponsored acts of kindness throughout the community on a daily basis. He was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Kit Farrelly. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Nancy Carmean Farrelly; his parents, Bruce and Euneta Farrelly of Laurel; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Glen Givens of Laurel and Laura and Mark Stephenson of Salisbury, Md.; two grandchildren, Aaron Farrelly Givens and Alyssa Kate Givens, both of Laurel; a brother, Bruce Richard Farrelly of Knoxville, Tenn.; a sister, Ann Petterson of Hagerman, Idaho; a sister, Phoebe Bird of Wilmington; and 10 nieces and nephews. He was 40. Mr. Isaacs was born Sept. 15, 1962 in Milford, son of the late Newal S. Isaacs Sr. and Marian Jeanne (Eichenlaub) Isaacs. He was a 1980 graduate of Sussex Central High School in Georgetown, where he played varsity football and was a member of the award-winning marching band that traveled and performed in France. He was employed by Melvin Joseph Construction Co. in Georgetown. He was formerly the owner and operator of Tri-State Trucking Co. in Georgetown. Mr. Isaacs was an avid NASCAR fan and was a lifetime member of the International Harley-Davidson Club. He is survived by two brothers, John David Isaacs of Milton and Newal S. Isaacs Jr. of Georgetown; a sister, Terrell Jane Lombardi of Atlanta, Ga.; his loving girlfriend, Carolyn Barner of Milford; two nieces and six nephews; and many devoted friends. Meacham, 80 CAMDEN-WYOMING - Elizabeth S. Meacham Camden-Wyoming died Friday, June 27, 2003, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 80. Mrs. Meacham was born Nov. 30, 1922 in Hartford, Conn., daughter of the late Vincent and Marguerite (McLaughin) Scully. She was a graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, where she also worked and taught obstetrics. She enjoyed many hobbies, gardening, miniatures, volunteer work and reading. She treasured the time she spent with her family, children, and grandchildren. Mrs. Meacham was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Dover, and the St. Anthony's prayer group of Holy Cross. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. Warren and a sister, Patricia Rumley. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, John W. and Maureen Meacham of Havertown, Pa. and Gregory and Liz Meacham of Media, Pa.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Jane M. and James H. He was 79. Mr. Moor was born Aug. 25, 1923 in Little Creek, son of the late Homer and Margaret (Irving) Moor. He attended Dover High School, but quit to enlist in the Army-Air Force on Jan. 6, 1942. He served in the Pacific from Jan. 26, 1942 until July 4, 1945. He was honorable discharged on Oct. 11, 1945. He married his sweetheart, Lucille Amelia Bowden on Dec. 26, 1947. On Oct. 21, 2002, he was awarded his high school diploma from Gov. Ruth Ann Minner. He was a self-employed dairy farmer, selling his cows in 1980. He continued to farm and sell used farm machinery and retired from farming in 2002. Mr. Moor was a member of the Barclay Assembly of God Church in Barclay, Md., and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Homer Irving Moor in 1990. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lucille of Hartly; three children and their respective spouses, Elizabeth Sue and Gordon R. Collison Sr. of Hartly, Margaret Lucille and Albert Orth of Hartly and John Thomas Moor, Jr. and girlfriend Cynthia G. O'Gorman, 81 DENTON, Md. - Jean H. O'Gorman of Denton died Thursday, June 26, 2003, in her home. She was 81. Mrs. O'Gorman was born in Montreal, daughter of the late William A. Gallahue and Hazel Richardson Simpson Gallahue. In 1939, she was a graduate from Montreal High School for Girls. In 1949, she earned a bachelor of arts degree from Sir George Williams University in Montreal and a master's degree from McGill University Library School in Montreal. She worked at Enoch Pratt Library in Baltimore and then was a librarian at St. Pius X School in Baltimore, retiring in 1980. She had lived in Baltimore, moved to Stevensville and then to Denton. Mrs. O'Gorman was a member of the Myrtle Club of Baltimore, the Parliamentary Education Association and the Women's Club of Denton. She is survived by her husband whom she married July 29, 1952, James Wilson O'Gorman of Denton; a son, Donald O'Gorman of Baltimore; a daughter, Betty Jewell of Denton; and five grandchildren. Patton, at home; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Norma Messick of Greenwood; his paternal grandparents, James and Agnes Patton of Milford; and several aunts and uncles. He was 80. Mr. Williams was born Nov. 5, 1922, in Bridgeville, son of the late Earl K. and Edna M. Williams. He was a graduate of Milford High School, the Tennessee Military Institute and also attended the University of Delaware. Mr. Williams was a veteran of World War II and served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater. For more than 40 years, he worked for ILC in Dover, Roxboro, N.C., and Frederica. During that time, he worked on many important government-related projects. He was an integral member of the production team of the company's spacesuit program, including the Apollo program. He retired in 1992. Mr. Williams was a very loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon L. Lane. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Virdia L. Williams; his daughter, Bonnie A. Williams of Belchertown, Mass.; his son and daughter-in-law, Charles (Chuck) E. II and Donna M. Williams of Bear; a sister, Margaret Jones of Athens, Ga.; a sister-in-law, Florence Hearne and her husband, Gordon of Fredericksburg, Va.; his grandchildren, Cynthia Loftus and her husband Michael of Belchertown, Mass., Jill Paciorek and her husband Peter of Gales Fury, Conn., Marc Carey and his wife Jennifer of Lowell, Mass., Stephanie Williams of Bear and Jeffrey Lane of Dover; his great-granddaughter, Paige Carey of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews.
