Eichler, 76 MILLSBORO - Jeanette A. Eichler of Millsboro, formerly of Reading, Pa., died Thursday, May 29, 2003, in her home. She was 76. Mrs. Eichler was born in Reading, daughter of Edna Machemer Englehart of Millsboro and the late John W. Englehart. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Eichler was a member of the Long Neck United Methodist Church, the Ladies Auxiliary of Oak Orchard-Riverdale American Legion Post 28, the Red Hat Society and the Long Neck A.A.R.P. She was also a volunteer at the Christian Storehouse in Millsboro. She was preceded in death by her father, John W. Englehart, and her husband, George T. Eichler Jr. in 1980. She is survived by her mother, Edna Machemer Englehart; a daughter, Gail L. Eichler, with whom she lived; a brother, John W. Englehart of Reading; and two nephews, Brian W. and John H. Englehart, both of Reading. Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Friday in the Watson Funeral Home, 211 Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call one hour earlier. The Rev. Hagy, 45 and Senia Harry Hagy, 44 CENTREVILLE, Md. - James A. Hagy and Senia Harry Hagy of Centreville, formerly of Glen Burnie, died Friday, June 6, 2003, as a result of a motorcycle accident on Rt. 305 and 301. He was 45 and she was 44. Mr. Hagy was born Sept. 7, 1957, son of Shirley "Cookie" McCall of Newburg, Md. and the late James E. Hagy. Mrs. Hagy was born July 12, 1958, daughter of Thaddeus and Virginia Thornton Harry of Chestertown. They were married 26 years. He worked as an equipment operator for U.S. Filter. She worked as a secretary for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Dover and previously worked at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis. Mr. and Mrs. Hagy enjoyed riding their Harley, camping and spending time with their granddaughter. They are survived by a son and a daughter-in-law, James and Jessica Hagy of Crumpton; a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Hagy of Crumpton; and their many friends. He is survived by his mother, Cookie McCall; three brothers, Christopher Hagy of Newburg, Marty McCall of Frederick and Victor Hagy of West Virginia; and a sister, Jenny McCall of Waldorf. She is survived by her parents, Thaddeus and Virginia Harry; and three sisters, Katrina Houck of Mardela Springs, Delores Woodward of Pasadena and Sharon Harry of Laurel. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St., Galena. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. She was 92. Mrs. Pettyjohn was born June 15, 1910. She was a member of Hubert's AME Church, where she was a steward, choir member and missionary. She is survived by two daughters, Ella Louise Kirk and Lucille Pettyjohn, both of Frederica; two sisters, Margaret West of Frederica and Rachel Gibson of Dover; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Samuel and Elsie Young of Milton and Clarence and Mary Young of Frederica; two grandsons, Michael Pettyjohn and Terry Pettyjohn; three great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Services will be 6 p.m. tonight in Hubert's AME Church, Jackson Street, Frederica, where friends may call one hour earlier. Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Barretts Chapel. She enjoyed reading and her family. Mrs. Simpson was a U.S. Army wife who traveled with her husband until he retired from the military. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Louise Shoemaker, and her husband, Lewis M. Simpson. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert L. and Diane Simpson of The Villages, Fla., and Edward and Nancy Simpson of Harrington; a brother, Boyd Shoemaker of Moorefield, W. Va.; two sisters, Nora Shoemaker and Gay Flynn, both of Moorefield, W.Va.; five grandchildren, Sharon Bruder, Robert M. Simpson, Linda Lee Simpson, Yvonne Ziorojowy and Russell Simpson; and 12 great-grandchildren. She attended school in Wayne County. She worked as a baker for Hi-Grade in Harrington. Ms. Tinsley was a member of St. Paul AME Church, Harrington. She is survived by two daughters, Sonseeahray Fountain of Oxon Hill, Md. and Tahesha Brooks of Fort Brag, N.C.; a son-in-law, Tyrone Fountain of Oxon Hill; a brother, Jonah Wilson of New York; three sisters, Betty Benson of Delaware, Lula Mae Sutton and Doris Green, both of North Carolina; and a grandson, Malik Brooks of North Carolina.
