She was 77. Mrs. Carroll was born Feb. 13, 1926, in Philadelphia. Since 1980, she had been a resident of Rehoboth Beach. Mrs. Carroll served as a guide at the Winterthur Museum, Library and Gardens north of Wilmington and more recently served as docent at the Rehoboth Art League in Henlopen Acres. She also was an active member of the Henlopen Acres Beach Club. She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher T. Carroll, July 12, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Carroll of Middleburg, Va.; six children, Margaret Carroll Eldridge of San Diego, Cornelius X. Carroll of St. Simons Island, Ga., Michael M. Carroll of Glenview, Ill., Joann Carroll Linden of Reston, Va., Thomas J. Carroll Jr. of Middleburg and Moira M. Carroll of Chicago; and seven grandchildren. Wine Cool of Dover died Monday, Feb. 24, 2003, in Capitol Nursing Home, Dover. She was 94. Mrs. Cool was born in Union Bridge, Md., daughter of the late Elder William M. and Tillie Blough Wine. She graduated from Caesar Rodney High School in 1925 and Bridgewater College, Va. in 1930. Mrs. Cool was a teacher in Federalsburg, Md. and Bridgeville and retired from the Caesar Rodney Special School District in 1976. She had been the librarian for 26 years and in 1974 was elected Librarian of the Year by the Delaware School Librarian Association. Her hobbies included playing cards. She was an avid reader and did needlework. She had cross-stitched 50 quilts, which are in homes of family and friends from New Hampshire to California. Mrs. Cool was an active member of Whatcoat United Methodist Church for more than 50 years, serving as a Sunday School teacher and on various boards and committees of the church. Mrs. Cool was a member of Eastern Star Chapter 15, a life member of Wyoming Camden Round Table Club, charter member of Zeta Chapter Delta Kappa Gamma, and Delaware retired school personnel. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest M. Cool in 1973. She is survived by a daughter, Dottie Lou Alty of Dover with whom she made her home; and a son and daughter-in-law, Donald L. and Kitty Cool of Georgia; eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Norma Lee Cool of Wyoming and Esther Cool of California; several nieces and nephews; and her loyal caregiver, Doris Shockley. He was 67. Mr. Cornelius was a lifetime resident of Rock Hall. He was born Nov. 21, 1935, son of Rose Elma Thomas Cornelius of Rock Hall and the late William Roby Cornelius Sr. A waterman for 45 years, of which he spent 30 years on the "Robyn De", from where he crabbed, fished and oystered. He enjoyed sports, especially baseball, and bowled for several leagues in Kent County. Mr. Cornelius was a life-member of the Rock Hall Seventh-day Adventist Church, serving as an elder and deacon. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kathryn Johnson. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Madeline Cain Cornelius; two daughters, Robyn Johnson of Locust Grove, Va., and Denise Morris of Rock Hall; a brother, Alfred Cornelius of Rock Hall; a sister, Myrna Hudgins of Kernersville, N.C.; and five grandchildren, Zachary, Rebecca, and Rachael Johnson, Brandon Morris and Elijah Andrade. Mrs. Drumheller was born March 8, 1912 in Kratzerville, Pa., daughter of the late Simon and Agnes Reemer Ewig. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Drumheller was a member of the Avenue United Methodist Church in Milford, and the Sarah Circle there. She was a charter member of the Milford Senior Center where she was an active participant in the quilters' group. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Drumheller in 1971; a brother, Miles Ewig; and six sisters, Mary Wilt, Blanche Hinish, Pauline Ewig, Erma Leitzer, Valerie Bell and Cora Kuchinski. He was 62. Mr. Good was born Feb. 8, 1941 in Ridgely, Md., son of the late Charles A. Good Sr. and Mary Leona Piver Good. He was a building contractor for many years and a farmer. He enjoyed working with his son, David, in his excavation business during his last few years. Marvel of Georgetown died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2003, in Green Valley Terrace, Millsboro. He was 85. Mr. Marvel was born in Stockley, son of the late Charles S. and Hattie J. Baker Marvel. He was a retired engineer for Swift & Co., in Georgetown, now Perdue, Inc., for 35 years, retiring in 1977. Mr. Marvel was a member of the Sussex Central Ruritan Club and the Delaware Farm Bureau. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Howard Marvel; and a nephew, Andrew Marvel. He was 53. Mr. Price was born May 26, 1949, son of Mabel Price of Smyrna and the late Thomas Edward Ross. He attended William Henry High School, Dover. He became active in a musical career at an early age. He sang with the Gospel Nutones and with many church groups. He never missed an opportunity to express how much he loved people and was always willing to help others. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Price; and a sister, Margaret Trader. She was 103. Mrs. Sansone was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Peter and Marie Mercurio. She was a proud homemaker and enjoyed being around people. She was a very talented ballet dancer and pianist. One of her favorite pastimes was baking, and she will be remembered for the pies she made for friends and family. She will be missed as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Mrs. Sansone was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Patterson, N.J. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Sansone, in 1968; a son, Andy Sansone; two brothers, Tony and Frank; and three sisters, Anna, Bertha and Katie.
