Born at Calamine, he was a retired farmer, a Baptist, and a World War I veteran. Survivors are a brother, Berry Ware of Calamine; two sisters, Martha Ware and Ella Ware, both of Imboden. Funeral services were Saturday afternoon at the Ware home near Calamine with the Rev. Alvis Moore and Bro. John Way officiating. Burial was in the Ware Cemetery by Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville. Pallbearers were Bill Tyson, Boyce Durham, Tolah Mize, Homer Mize, Maurice Sullivan, Glen Huddleston, and Jim Baxter.
