E. Marlene Ratcliffe Aug 21,2003 Benton Courier

   E. Marlene " Nan" Ratcliffe of Alexander died Tuesday Aug 
19, 2003. She was 84. She was born Oct 10,1918, a daughter of 
Edward and Wrennie Bowen of Saline County.
   She was preceded in death by a sister, Dovie Howard: four 
brothers, Bunt, Jim, Bill, and Earl Bowen.She is survived by 
her husband, Cunnins Eugene Ratcliffe; a daughter,Jenelle Lawhon 
of Alexander; a step-son Steve Ratcliffe of Little Rock; a step-
daughter Sandy Boultinghouse of Little Rock; a brother Douglas 
Bowen of Benton; a sister, Lee Williams of Alexander; seven 
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and three great-great-
grandchildren.
   Pallbearers will be Mike Massa, Jim Massa, Barry Williams, 
Micheal Boultinghouse and Sam Boultinghouse. Honorary pallbearers 
will be Leon Patterson, Bill Moery, Harold Williams, Don Lawhon 
and Steve Ratcliffe. 
   Funeral, by Ashby Funeral Home, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday 
at Salem United Methodist Church with the Rev. Keith Goza officiating.
Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
