LOCKERT aged eighty-four years, died February 19, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Billings, near Collegeville. He was born July 15,1845, at Montbritiand, France. Joined the Presbyterian Church at the age of fifteen years. Came to the United State in 1861 and settled at Akron, Ohio. He came to Arkansas with his family fifty years ago. Mr. Lockert is survived by his wife and seven children, four sons and three daughters: Mrs. Lula Arnold, Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Nettie Kyzer, Collegeville; Mrs. Lena Billings, Collegeville; Paul Lockert, Nampa, Idaho; Ben Lockert, Akron, Ohio; Harry Lockert, Collegeville and Charlie Lockert, Sardis; twenty-two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services and interment was at Collegeville, services being conducted by Rev. R. L. Lockert aged eighty-four years, died Tuesday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Billing, near Collegeville. Funeral services and interment was at Collegeville, services being conducted by Rev. R. L. Long pastor of Bauxite Methodist Church. He is survived by one brother, C. F. Lockert, of Toledo, Ohio, seven children and twenty-two grandchildren.
