			Thomas Massengill
  
    In Maumelle settlement in this county, on the 17th inst., Mr. 
Thomas Massengill, aged about 89 years, leaving a numerous progeny to the 
fifth generation.  He was a native of South Carolina, but has been a 
resident of Arkansas during the last 17 years.
