Johnson, Retired Foreman William Herring Johnson, aged 59, of 1007 Madison Street, a retired construction foreman, died Thursday at a Little Rock hospital. A native of Warren, he was the son of William Walter and Bertha Hudson Johnson. He was a member of the Baptist Tabernacle and the Carpenters Union Local 690. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Stella Frances Herron Johnson; two daughters, Mrs. W. F. Sterling of Little Rock and Mrs. H. W. Siegman of El Dorado; two brothers, H. C. Johnson of Little Rock, and P. L. Johnson of Houston, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. H. H. Jacoway, Mrs. Woodson Foiles and Mrs. Mary Huitt, all of Little Rock, and two grand- children, Funeral will be at 2p.m Saturday at Ruebel Funeral Home by Rev. Don Hook. Pallbearers will be Dibrell F. Allen, John Midgett, Glenn Shipe, Marcus Vandiver, W. J. Joyner and Durwood Huitt. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Carpenters Union Local 690. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
