Obituary of Stella (Herron) Johnson (1907-1966), Arkansas Democrat,
Monday 10 Oct 1966
Mrs. Stella H. Johnson
  Mrs. Stella Frances (Herron) Johnson, 59, formerly of Little Rock, 
Died Sunday in New Orleans.  She was the widow of William Herring 
Johnson and had lived at 1007 Madison in Little Rock.  She had been 
a resident of New Orleans for three months.  She was born in Little 
Rock, a daughter of Mrs. Minnie Stuart Herron and the late Samuel 
Henry Herron. She was a member of Baptist Tabernacle and the Winsome 
Class.  
  Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W. F. Sterling of Little 
Rock and Mrs. H. F. Siegman of New Orleans; two sisters, Mrs. J. N. 
Dilworth and Mrs. R. A. Pettefer, both of Little Rock; a brother, 
Houston Herron of Los Angeles,and three grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Ruebel Funeral Home.  The
family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Sterling, 7010 
Briarwood Drive.
