Robert McNeal Fisher, Sr. November 5, 2002 Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

   Robert M. Fisher, 61, of Newnan, Ga. died Oct. 31, 2002.  Mr. Fisher 
was an accountant with the State Of Arkansas.
   Mr. Fisher was in the UDT in the U.S. Navy and a graduate of Northeast
Universtity in Monroe, La.  He was also a member of the NRA.  
   Services will be held Friday, November 8, 2002 at 2:30 P.M. at St. Sam 
Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.  He was preceded in death 
by parents, Frank and Sue Fisher.  Survivors include wife, Sandra Fuller 
Fisher of Newnan, Ga and son, Robert McNeal Fisher, Jr. of Newnan.
