RUSSELLVILLE-Wiley E. Brown, aged 97, of Russellville died Sunday. He
was retired landscape gardener and a member of the Church of God.
Survivors are four sons, Ewell Brown of Los Angeles, Roy Brown of
Sheridan, Henry Brown of Riverside, Cal., and William C. Brown of 
Little Rock; a daughter, Edna Blalock of Russellville; 18 grandchildren, 
33 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.  Funeral
will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Humphrey Funeral Service.  Burial will 
be in Pollard Cemetery at Pleasant Grove (Pope County).
