COVE-Lucille Smedley Duncan, 81 of Cove died Thursday, August 31, 2006,
in her home. She was born December 22, 1924, in Vandervoort. She was a
homemaker.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. today at Pleasant Grove Church of the Nazarene
with burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Cove under the direction of
Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
She is survived by her husband, Virgil; three daughters, Juanita McCraw
of Ashdown, Peggy Folsom of Mena and Sheree Cannon of Cove; a sister,
Edna Barrett of Vandervoort; a brother, Jackie Edward Smedley of
Vandervoort; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Timmy and Lyndell Smedley, Donnie and Perry Barrett,
Keith Jewell and Brent Stafford.
