Rev. Kendall Daniels will officiate. Burial will be in the Hayes Cemetery. Mrs. Cox died Sept 29, 1995 at the Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born Sept. 12, 1929 in Holly Grove, to the late Rosie Jackson and Elbert Cotton. She leaves two sons, Jerry Cox of Little Rock and Keather Cox of Clarendon; two step-sons, Gene Cox of Little Rock and Henry Cox Jr. of Chicago, ILL,; one daughter, Ida Cox of little Rock; two step-daughters, Altha Harris and Carrie Maen Loma nx, both of Chicago; a sister, Clara Colnona Wert of Wennnonat Helena; 13 grandchildren; 46 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren. Christian Way Funeral Home of Pine Bluff will direct services. LORENA W. JOHNSTON Funeral services for Lorena Wyona Johnston, 73, of Barton will be held 2 p.m. Fri. in the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Mrs. Johnston died Oct. 4, 1995 at the Helena Regional Medical Center. She leaves five sons, Dencil Johnston and Phillip Johnston both of Barton, Larry Johnston of Oneida, James Johnston of Batesville and Johnny Johnston of Lexa; two sisters, Loretta Gasaway and Mertie McMilan both of West Helena; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Timmy Bond, Larry Casey, James McMillan, Billy McMillan, Wayne Gassaway and Rick Schaffhauser. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will direct services. JACKIE RAY MOONEY Funeral services for Jackie Ray Mooney, 38, of West Helena were held today in the National Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksdale, Miss. Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Mooney, who was employed for the past 16 yrs. as a foreman for Cooper Tire and Rubber Co. died Tues., Oct. 3, 1995 in an accident on the Miss. side of the Helena bridge. He was born Oct. 11, 1956 in Port Arthur, TX. He leaves his wife, Sherry Avant Mooney of West Helena; his mother, and step-father, Evelyn R. and James Brower of Clarksdale; his father and step-mother, Jackie Dean and Roberta Mooney of West Helena; a daughter, Shelley Sullivan of West Helena; a son, Jackie Shane Mooney of West Helena; four step-sisters, Wanda Bivens of Clarendon, Pam Jones of Clarksdale, Toni Rincon and Tina Sexton, both of West Helena; four step-brothers, Mike and Larry brower, both of Clarksdale, Dwayne Smalley and Shawn Smalley, both of Ark.; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
