J. B. Cotten
Benton–J. B. Cotten, aged 64, of Benton died Tuesday. He was a retired
Reynolds Cable Company employe and a member of the Assembly of God
Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Almitta Beyerly Cotten; three
sons, Bobby Cotten of Nebraska and Loal and Lester Cotten, both of
Benton; four daughters, Mrs. C. H. Sprague Sr. Of Texas and Mrs. Arlie
Blair, Mrs. Paul Simmons, and Mrs. Roland Gibson, all of Benton; a
stepson, Clifton Beyerly of Benton; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Hick Bordelon 
of Louisiana; two brothers, Willie Cotten of Little Rock and Leslie Cotten
of Malvern; a sister, Mrs. Porter Hensley of Benton, and 22 grandchildren. 
Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Ashby Funeral Chapel. 
Burial will be at Fairplay Cemetery.
