DRAKE NORTH LITTLE ROCK -- Coy Fay Drake, 71, of North Little Rock, formerly of Malvern, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 1996, in a Little Rock hospital. Born July 17, 1925, at Hot Springs to George Robert and Dora Bertha Ingram Austin. She was a retired ticket agent for Continental Trailways Bus Line and a member of Sharon Rose Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, W. P. Drake of North Little Rock; one son, Don G. Drake of Mabelvale; two daughters and one son-in-law, Johnnie and Roy Jackson of Mabelvale and Marsha Clouse of North Little Rock; one sister, Shirley Aldridge of Malvern; one brother, Bill G. Austin of Dade City, Florida; five grandchildren, Dana Jackson, Jeff Jackson, Sean Clouse, Jennifer Smith and Stacy Walters; and two great-grandchildren, Drake Clouse and Leland James Smith. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Rainwater officiating. She was predeceased by husbands Willie Green and Thornton Anderson. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Helen and John Garrison of Austin; a son and daughter-in-law, William and Janiece Green of Cabot; one sister, Mary Dukes of Hot Springs; one brother, Fred Jester of Santa Clara, California; six grandchildren, Vickie and Bryan Hart of Roland, Randy Green of Morgantown, West Virginia, Steve and Janet Green of Bristol, Tennessee, Mike and Jane Garrison of Austin, Phillip Garrison of Austin, Phillip Garrison of Berkeley, California, and David and Ginny Garrison of Austin; and three great-grandchildren. BURGESS Harvey A. Burgess, 73, of Hot Springs died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 1996, in a Hot Springs hospital. Formerly of Malvern, he was born Dec. 22, 1922, at Donaldson to John Harvey and Nellie Lee Burgess. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II. He was a member of the DAV, the American Legion, Odd Fellows and First Baptist Church of Malvern. He was predeceased by a son, Michael James Burgess. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Sharp Burgess of Hot Springs; two sons, Dan Burgess of Oklahoma and David Burgess of Malvern; two stepsons, Douglas C. Mills of Mena and Gary E, Mills of Douglasville, Georgia; two sisters, Mildred Johnson of Lonoke and Katie Baird of Houston; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel in Malvern with the Rev. Verne Wickliffe officiating. Pallbearers will be Gary Lane, Dean Burgess, Jimmy Don Draper, Fred Lederer, Delores Trejo, Cecil Burns and Raymond Carr. DANIELSON HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- Frances M. Danielson, 89, of Hot Springs Village, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1996, at a local nursing home. Born Oct. 16, 1907, she was a member of Eastern Star and a Lutheran. Survivors include one son, Duane Danielson of Hot Springs Village; one daughter, Sally Darmitzel of Freemont California; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The body will be cremated under the direction of Caruth Village Funeral Home. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Mora Johnson Kyles; her husband, William Collins; one daughter, Glenda Gail Collins; two brothers, Sam Kyles and Roy Kyles; and two sisters, Leland Sewell and Maggie Cunningham. Survivors include two sons, Ray Mitchell of Gainesville, Missouri and Danny Collins of Atlanta; three brothers, Fred Kyles of Texas, Ralph Kyles of Florida and Flay Kyles of Illinois; three sisters, Aline Cunningham of Oregon, Dean Lane of Florida and Maxine Borgan of Oregon; and eight grandchildren Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Abbott officiating. Burial will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery.
