FELTON MOUNT IDA-- Jessie R. Felton, 66, of Mount Ida, died Sun., Dec. 30, 2001, in a Hot Springs hospital. Born Sept. 20, 1935, at Norman, Okla., to Jesse James Morgan and Dotsie Elgiva Norris, she was a member of First Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, James Felton. Survivors include four daughters and three sons-in-law, Sherry L. and Ronald Wisneski and Susan K. Adkins, all of Mount Ida, Nancy C. and Butch Cudmore of Chicno Hills, Calif., and Julie and Dewayne Hakala of Lakewood, Calif., three sons and one daughter-in-law, Floyd W. Williams and Thomas A. Williams, both of San Bernardine, Calif., and Mark A. and Summer Grammer of Siloam Springs; one sister and brother-in-law, Addie L. and Bob Williams of Nocona, texas; 20 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. JOHNSON HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE-- Ervin J. "Jimmy" Johnson, 85, of Hot Springs Village, Ark. died on Fri., Dec. 28, 2001. Jimmy was born May 3, 1916, in Wisconsin Dells, Wis. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1938, earning a Master's Degree in Education. He was a three-year letter winner on the Badger football team, playing for the legendary Horseman Harry Stuhldreher. He was a charter member of the National "W" Club. After teaching for two years in Muscoda, Wis., Jimmy moved to Janesville, Wis., where he was a teacher, coach and counselor to the youths of the city for 38 yrs. All who knew him respected his devotion to family and teaching. Jimmy was a member of Village United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir. He in the choir. He was a member of the Breakfast Lions Club, the Men's Golf Association, Better Bridgers and the Hot Springs Village Wisconsin Alumni Association. He is survived by his wife of 62 yrs., Irma; his five children, Peter (Ruth) of Green Bay, Wis., Kay of Austin, TX. David (Christel) of Nairobi, Kenya, Mark (Sally) of Coal Valley, Ill., and Mary Ann of Eleuthera, Bahamas. Jimmy had 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his infant son, Richard, and his brother, Louis. A memorial service will be held at Village United Methodist Church at a later date. Born Sept. 7, 1948, at Houston to Frederick Earl and Dorothea McEnroe Paul Langhorne, he attended San Jacinto Junior College in La Porte, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia A. Watts Langhorne of Houston; two sons, Lance Langhorne and Beau Langhorne, both of Houston; his mother and stepfather, Sunni and Britt Armstrong of Magnet Cove; his stepmother, Darolyn Langhorne of Houston; one brother, John Kent of Kingwood, Texas; and two sisters, Suzanne Langhorne and Helen Langhorne, both of Texas. She was predeceased by two brothers, Shirley Sulton and Drayton Sulton; and two sisters, Lela Nusbaum and Alma Johnson. Gypsy was preceded in death by husband, Thomas J. Adams; and son, T. J. Adams. She graduated from Alliance High School in Ohio; worked as a secretary in Civil Service for 13 yrs.; and spent two yrs. overseas in Vietnam at Long Bink and Cam Rank Bay; two yrs. in Korea working for the U.N.; and five yrs. prior to retirement working for the Port Hueneme Naval Support Group Antarctica, spending five months of each yr. in the Antarctica. She moved to Hot Springs, Ark., in 1993. She was preceded in death by her parents, Almon and Mary Damon; and a brother, Jack Damon of Alliance, Ohio. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Hot Springs and the Republican Women's Club. SCHREIBER HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE--Joseph F. Schreiber, 70, of Hot Springs Village died Wed., Jan. 2, 2002, in a Hot Springs hospital. Born May 2, 1931, at Chicago to Fred and Beatrice Tacobi Schreiber, he was a retired automotive equiment salesman, U.S. Marine corps veteran and Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Carol Trawle Schreiber of Hot Springs Village; two sons, John Schreiber of West Chicago, Ill., and Jeffrey Schreiber of Batavia, Ill.; one brother, George Schreiber of Dunkirk, Md.; one sister, Rita Gerich of Chicago; and one grandchild, Arianna Schreiber. The memorial service will be announced. The body will be cremated. Memorials may be made to Hot Springs Village Animal Shelter or American Cancer Society.
