ELIZABETH WALLACE ***************** MOUNT IDA: Elizabeth Mercy Sharp Wallace, 81, of Story, died Sun., March 10, 1991, in an Arkadelphia hospital. A native of Ringo, Georgia, she was a resident of Montgomery County most of her life, a housewife and a member of the Church of God. Survivors include three sons, Joe Wallace of Booneville, California, Robert Wallace of Hot Springs Village and Kenneth Wilson of Story; two daughters, Evelyn Thompson of Okolona and Lorene Burns of Farmersville, California; one sister, Ollie Duggins of Farmersville, California; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Muddy Creek Church of God with the Rev. Ronnie Noles officiating. Pallbearers will be Bill Wallace, Henry Lynn, Jeff Burrow, Rickie Thompson, Ronny Hunter, Huey Appplegate, Greg Wallace, Jerry Wallace, J. Hugh Wallace and Ronnie Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Kevin McCleod, the staff of Pineview Nursing Home and the third floor nursing staff of the Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. Burial will be in Reed Cemetery under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida. DOROTHY WELCH ************* GLENWOOD: Services for Dorothy D. Welch, 81, of Lodi who died Sat., March 9, 1991, in a Hot Springs hospital are 2 p.m. today in the Lodi Freewill Baptist Church with Brothers Bobby Golden and John Porter officiating. Born in 1909 at Lodi, she was a housewife and a member of Free Holiness in Faith. Survivors include four sons, Arlin Welch and Eugene Welch of Amity, Bonnie Welch of Glenwood and Russell Welch of Lodi; four daughters, Deloris Karst of Huntington, Indiania, Dollie Cogburn of Glenwood, and Joyce Mount of Lodi; 39 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Charles Welch, Terry Karst, Robert Welch, Brian Mount, Billy Cogburn, Alan Schoeff, Dwayne Welch and Roger Welch. Burial will be in Lodi Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home of Glenwood. FLORA V. WISELY *************** Flora V. Wisely, 87, of Hot Springs, died Mon., March 11, 1991, in a local hospital. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Southside. Survivors include four sons, Cleburne S., Wade and Ross Wisely, all of Hot Springs, and Albert H. Wisely of Biloxi, Mississippi; one daughter, Modine Miller of Hot Springs; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Gross Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Southside Church of Christ.
