HOT SPRINGS - Charles Lee Foiles, 64, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, November 23, 2005. Charlie was born Dec. 14, 1940. He was a beloved husband, father and friend to many. Charlie was an avid fisherman, hunter, tinker, and past president of the Pulaski Heights Jay Cees. He was the former owner of Charles Communications and a 20 year resident of Hot Springs. He is survived by his wife, Suzie Foiles; a daughter and son-in-law, Lexie Dawn and Charles Skinner; two sisters, Juanita Beyers, Pat Kay; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday; Nov. 26, 2005, at the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs. Visitation will be Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
