Eunice Ethel Gant June 22, 1998 

  Eunice Ethel Gant, 85, of Alma died Sunday, June 21, 1998, in a 
Pontiac, Michigan hospital. She attended First Baptist Church in 
Alma and was a homemaker.
  Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial 
Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Forest Park Cemetery.
  She is survived by four daughters, Florence Woods of Lima, Ohio, 
Mary Crider of Venedocia, Ohio, Avalon Webb of Alma and Faye Adamson 
of Indiana; three sons, David Ray Gant of Alma, Earl Marrs of Rialto,
California, and Kenneth Franks of Mountainburg; one sister, Bernice 
Evans of West Minister, California; 32 grandchildren; 25 great- 
grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
  The family will visit with friends from 6p.m. to 8p.m. today at the
funeral home.
