   Helen Eugenia Beck, 86, of Jonesboro died Friday, March 12, at 
Skilcare Nursing Center.
   Born in Bono, she was a homemaker.  She attended Arkansas State 
College and was a piano teacher at Bono.  She was a member of Fisher 
Street United Methodist Church and served for many years as organist 
and Sunday School teacher.
   Survivors include one son, William "Gene" Beck of Jonesboro; one
daughter, Peggy Wood of Jonesboro; four grandchildren, Lisa Ammerman of
Houston, Texas; Jill Morris of Hunter; Tom Beck of Jackson, Miss.; and
Brandon Beck of Jonesboro; and five great-grandchildren.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Beck; her parents,
Oscar and Mary Wyatt; and two grandsons.
   Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Roller-Farmers Union
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Hunt officiating.  Burial will
follow in Trinity Cemetery.
   Pallbearers will include Mark Ammerman, Kevin Morris, John Lewis 
Pasmore, Tom Beck, Bill Foster, and John Pasmore.
   Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
