IDAVONNE ROSA Idavonne ROSA of Melbourne, was born Aug. 10, 1921 in Fort Worth, TX, daughter of Dr. W.O. and Minne Belle WHITE TAYLOR. She died in White River Medical Center, Melbourne, Thurs. Sept. 4, 2008. She was 87. She was raised in Corning and a graduate of Corning High School. Survivors include her children, Walter ROSA, Fayetteville, NC and Qudesey NIAM, Huntington, NY; 4 grandsons; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers Ira TAYLOR of CA and Jack TAYLOR of AZ; sisters Billy Joe TATUM, Melbourne and Sammy TAYLOR DENHOFF, of San Diego, CA. Memorial services were conducted in Lone Star Cemetery between Melbourne and Sylamore under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home. REGGIE FITZGERALD Reginald E. "Reggie" FITZGERALD, Cahokia, IL, was born in Lafe, Jan. 22, 1949, son of Eugene F. and Regina B. FITZGERALD. He died in his home Monday, Sept. 8, 2008. He was 59. Former owner-operator of Fitz's Auto Sales in Cahokia, he was a former home builder. Survivors include one son, Reginald (Evelyn) FITZGERALD II, Wasilla, AK; mother Regina B. FITZGERALD; one brother Schooner (Christine) FITZGERALD, Cahokia, IL; one granddaughter Brielle Re'Lynn FITZGERALD; other relatives and friends. Funeral services Thurs. Sept. 11, 2008 in BRAUN Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, IL with Father John Patrick DAY officiating. Graveside services at 3:00 pm Thurs. Sept. 11 in Corning Cemetery. REBA WILCOXSON Reba J. WILCOXSON, East Peoria, IL was born Dec. 12, 1941 in Lafe, daughter of William and Daisy VINCENT REYNOLDS. She died Sept. 8, 2008 in OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was 66. Surviving are three daughters Teresa Lynn (Terry) LOPEZ and Debra Ann WILCOXSON both of East Peoria and Amy Renee (Richard) HADLEY of Corning; two grandchildren Blake Tyler WILCOXSON and Jacob Lawrence HADLEY; one sister Mary (Osborne) WILCOXSON; one brother Jerry Wayne (Shirley) REYNOLDS of Sunnyland. She was preceded in death by one infant daughter Maria Diane WILCOXSON and one sister Merida REYNOLDS. She was a housekeeping manager at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria for 20 years and also worked in the cafeteria at Central Jr. High School in East Peoria for many years. She was a member of the East Peoria First Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services will be Friday Sept. 12, 2008 in East Peoria Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Tim LIVENGOOD officiating. Visitation will be Thurs. evening at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria, with additional visitation from 10 - 11 am Friday at the church. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. Memorials may be made to her church. GAYLIN DAUGHHETEE Gaylin DAUGHHETEE, Peach Orchard, was born in Walnut Ridge July 15, 1962, son of Grady and Mary Jo DAUGHHETEE. He died in St. Bernard's Medical Center Jonesboro, Monday Sept. 15, 2008. He was 46. A farmer and truck driver, he liked Scuba diving and frog gigging. He was a member of Peach Orchard Pentecostal Church. Survivors are his father Grady DAUGHHETEE, Peach Orchard; daughter Shelby DAUGHHETEE, Peach Orchard; three brothers Joe (Linda) DAUGHHETEE, Peach Orchard, John (Cloyis) DAUGHHETEE, Walnut Ridge and Jim (Helen) DAUGHHETEE, Peach Orchard; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Joe DAUGHHETEE, July 6, 1996. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of ERMERT Funeral Home Thurs. Sept. 18, 2008 at 11:00am with Rev. Brad HIGGINS officiating. Burial in Pirtle Cemetery in Peach Orchard. MARIETTA J. McKENNEY Marietta Jean McKENNEY, Rector was born in Clay County on Oct. 9, 1939, daughter of Ernest and Revelle HOWELL. She died Friday Sept. 12, 2008 in NEA Baptist Hospital, Jonesboro. She was 68. A homemaker, she married Roy McKENNEY in 199 and he survives. Other survivors are two sons Steve (Pam) MOULDING, New Orleans, LA and Eddie MOULDING, Rector; three daughters Louretta (Arthur) ELLIS, Success, Sheila (Ronnie) LEACH, Corning and Lisa (Terry) BRYANT, success; one sister Betty YANDELL, Corning; two brothers Leroy HOWELL, Festus, MO, and Benny HOWELL, OK; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two step-sons; one step-daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Randy MOULDING; sister Mary Francis SMITH; brother J.W. HOWELL; great-grandson Jacob THOMPSON. Funeral services were Monday, Sept. 15, 2008 in the chapel of Ermert Funeral Home. Burial in Corning Cemetery. to be continued.................
