Martha A. Taylor 1928 Baxter Bulletin

Mrs. J.A. Taylor, a pioneer resident of Baxter county, died at the home
of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Lowry, Wed. Jan 18, 1928, following a
lingering illness. She was born in Boone County in 1837 and was married
at a young age to Rev. J.A. Taylor. She was a member of the Christian
Church, her husband being a minister of the same faith. He died in 
1912, and since that time she has lived with her children, having made 
her home with her daughter Mrs. Mary Lowry for the past six years. She 
is well known to the people of this community, and has many friends to 
mourn her death.
