Roe Dolphus Banks, 54, died at the family home on Carbon Hill Rt. 1 on March 31 
after a lingering illness. The funeral was held at Union Chapel on April 2. He 
is survived by his wife and several children. He conducted a cafe in Jasper a 
few years ago and was quite well known here.
