The new database available is on line at,  http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/ordb.asp

The Index covers the years 1910-1955, the images only cover those from 1910-1920, 
and images will be added for all years over time. 
For the years that do not have images as yet, they can be ordered for $1. 00 each.
