Moore Cemetery, aka Canfield Cemetery, is located in Section 36 of Lyndon Township, Werkner Road, Chelsea.
According to Robert Keifer: There is no sign anymore. You can't drive into it, you have to park along Werkner Road. It used to be called Moore Burying Grounds until so many Canfield's were buried there.
Cemetery location provided by the Library of Michigan.
