Courter - Pray Cemetery is located on the Southside of Vermontville Highway just west of the intersection of Pares Road, Windsor Township, Eaton County, Michigan 10 Rods X 14 Rods 2ft., Less 68’X40’ SE Corner. Approximately .82 Acres The original land for this cemetery was given by John Courter out of his purchase of 160 acres in 1837 from the government. At the time the land was donated for the Courter-Pray Cemetery, one of the provisions was that the Pray Cousins and their descendents were to be assigned a lot in the Cemetery. This Cemetery is no longer in use. Information obtained from Cemetery Records held at the Windsor Township Hall, Dimondale, Eaton County, Michigan.
