TEMPIE GRIFFIN GRANT

West Monroe, LA

Funeral Services for Mrs. Tempie Griffin Grant, 87, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA with Rev. Jimmy Pyles and Rev. Joseph Guo officiating. 
Interment will follow in the Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery in Eros, LA.

Mrs. Grant was born on May 10, 1921 and passed away April 7, 2009 at her 
residence in West Monroe, LA. She was a member of the Antioch Methodist Church. 
Mrs. Grant retired from Sears Roebuck Credit Department and worked for many 
years at Modern Cleaners.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Grant.

Survivors include her sons, Richard Grant and wife Peggy, Jamie Grant and wife 
Susie all of West Monroe, LA; three grandsons, three step-grandsons; five great 
grandchildren and eight step-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Blanche Jones 
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her

grandsons.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the men from Antioch Methodist Church.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday at Mulhearn Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the Antioch Methodist Church Building and Cemetery 
Funds.
